Meals and Diet

  • Depending on the fitness goal, the appropriate diet is suggested and picked.

  • For Weight Loss and Maintenance, we typically deliver 4 meals a day (Breakfast || Lunch || Evening Snack || Dinner)

  • For Muscle Gainer, there are 6 meals (the 4 above and a pre/post workout)

  • The meals are customized basis one's calorific requirements. This intake (and hence the macros) differ for everyone.

  • We take into consideration your preferences and personalize the meals- Veg/NV/Vegan, Allergies, Dislikes, etc.

Delivery || Timing

  • The meals are delivered twice daily.

  • All the meals are delivered between 7:30 am -10:00 am​

  • Please note deliveries Malad and beyond, Thane and Navi Mumbai might take longer*

  • Delivery Zones:

    • We currently deliver almost all over Mumbai & Thane ( Coming soon to Navi Mumbai!) 

    • Delivery is free from Cuffe Parade to Andheri (Western Line)/ kurla (Central)/ Chembur -Wadala (Harbour Line) 

    • Beyond this, there will be a nominal delivery fee. ( You can refer our rate card for actual charges)

  • For change in delivery address, we will need an intimation at least 24hrs prior to delivery.

  • The deliveries will be contact-less and have your names mentioned on it.​​

    • In case you want us to deliver the meal separately at consumption time for some reason (eg- not sure about address, no access to fridge/AC room, etc.)- please let us know the previous day by 7pm. We will try to arrange for the delivery (subject to confirmation). The cost of delivery will be Rs.6/km from the kitchen. You can also get a pick up done from Mahim West.

Subscription Management

  • Your subscription start date will be communicated to you by the team during on-boarding.

  • The subscription will start post payment.

  • In case of extension, to avail the price benefit- please confirm and pay at least 10 days before the expiry.

  • You can skip days/meals at no additional cost while the plan is valid.

  • The validity of the plan is 2x the number of days subscribed (eg- 60 days for 30 day subscription). 

    • December 1st, 2021 onwards- this validity will be 1x (need to finish meals within the duration in of the invoice)​

    • Any extension request should be sent to us via e-mail before the expiry of the subscription specifying the requested days of extension. Post expiry of duration validity, we will not be able to extend the services if meals are still pending.

  • While skipping meals is not a problem, if you wish to change the meals/day for good, there may be a small additional fee.​

  • Payment modes:

    • Free Online Modes- NEFT || IMPS || Google Pay or UPI

    • Addl. Convenience Fee On- PayTM || Credit Card/Debit Card (Payment Link) (please note- this fee is charged by the platform/payment gateway and not by us)

    • Self Payment- Cheque || Cash Transfer (Subscription will start only once payment is received in the account)

  • We do not have a refund policy. In case you want to abruptly end the subscription, you can transfer your subscription to a friend at a small additional fee.

    • In case of a forced situation where we have to halt services (Eg- COVID Lockdown), the subscription will restart once operations re-start and the halted days won't be counted

Meal Handling and Hygiene

  • The meals (not being consumed immediately) should be kept in the fridge.

  • In case you feel a particular meal has a chance of spoilage, please check and let us know immediately at the time of delivery.

  • Please take the food out on a plate or bowl and have it.

  • Please either wipe the box with a sanitizer or sanitize/wash hands with soap after touching the box.

  • While the boxes have been washed in the kitchen with industrial grade soap, we would urge you to take the above precautions at your end as well (generally, as a principle).​

  • We are monitoring the temperature of all chefs and delivery boys apart from the visible symptoms.

  • The team has been regularly washing hands and using alcohol based hand sanitizers.

  • We have been washing all fresh produce in a chlorine bath to get rid of any chances of it being contaminated with viruses, bacteria or any other microbes.

  • All the non veg is brined before being cooked to ensure the same for the non veg.

Health Risk

  • Baesic Fit and Spoonlabs Food Services Pvt Ltd does not take any responsibility for any adverse effects on your health. Any damages, monetary losses will not be borne by us. Upon subscribing with us you agree to the aforementioned facts. You should consult a physician before subscribing. Baesic Fit and Spoonlabs Food Services Pvt Ltd will not be liable for the same.

General

Spoonlabs Food Services Pvt Ltd holds all rights in relation to www.baesicfit.com. Any payment made will be on behalf of Spoonlabs Food Services Pvt Ltd. We would like to declare that Spoonlabs Food Services Pvt Ltd is the legal and business face of and will act as one if there are any issues.

​You are advised to regularly check for any amendments or updates to the terms of service from time to time- The company​ reserves the right to add or change or update these from time to time entirely at its own discretion. You are responsible for checking them periodically to remain in compliance with these terms.

​Your use of a site/serivce after any amendment to the Terms of Service shall constitute your acceptance of these terms and you also agree to be bound by any such changes/revisions.

​Any clause of Terms of Service if deemed invalid, void or for any reason unenforceable, shall be deemed severable and shall not affect the validity and enforceability of the remaining clauses of the terms and conditions.

​If you do not approve of the terms and conditions of  you are free to leave this website. By continuing to use this website you are agreeing to the terms and condition of this website.

​Products and services displayed on the website may not always constitute an offer to sell. Orders placed by you are offers to purchase particular product under the terms of service in this agreement at the price specified (including delivery and other charges). We reserve the right to accept or reject your offer for any reason (or no reason) including, but not limited to, the unavailability of any product, an error in the price or product description, or an error in your order. In the event that we cancel your order, we will provide a full refund of any payment received.

​Use of the Website is available only to persons who can form legally binding contracts under Indian Contract Act, 1872. The Arbitration & Conciliation Act, 1996, shall govern the arbitration proceedings. The arbitration proceedings shall be in the English language only.

​We will only dispatch your product when we can confirm that the payment is received in full. In case a payment is declined either by your bank, credit/debit card we won’t be able to dispatch the product.

​Any order placed for a product that is listed at an incorrect price may be cancelled. This shall be regardless of whether the order has been confirmed and/or payment levied. In the event the payment has been processed, the same shall be credited to your account and duly notified to you electronically.

​Any information obtained by us will only be used for the sole purpose of this website. We assure you that this information won’t be provided to other companies and held with us as Confidential.

​Customers also agree to receive promotional messages via Email, SMS or any other medium. You agree not to access (or attempt to access) any part of the Website by any means other than through the interface provided by us. We reserve the discretion to change and alter the look and feel of the website. We do not need to inform you of these changes. We hold complete rights to suspended/put on hold/stop your account. This means you cannot access this website. We will not be liable to you or any other party when doing so.

​When registering to become a member and activate an account, you must provide information like your name and address, and a valid email address. You agree to provide accurate and complete information and to keep this information current.
